Refund Policy for Courses and Activities

At Jom Adventure, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to our courses, activities, and equipment purchases.

1. Re-confirmation of Booking:
– All bookings and purchases of diving courses, fun dives, or dive trips are subject to re-confirmation within one business day of purchase.
– If we are unable to confirm your booking, you will receive a full refund.

2. Non-refundable Deposits:
– Deposits for diving courses and activities are non-refundable due to the costs associated with materials, PADI registrations, instructor fees, and operational expenses such as staff and boat joining fees.

3. Cancellation Penalties:
– Cancellations for certification courses or activities will incur the following penalties:
– More than 14 days before departure: 25% penalty per person, plus any transaction fees incurred by payment processors.
– Within 14 days of departure: 25% penalty per person.
– Within 7 days of departure: 50% penalty per person.
– Within 3 days of departure: 100% penalty per person.
– No-shows: Full payment is forfeited.
– An additional handling fee of 5% (minus any transaction fees incurred) will apply to the above penalties.

4. Unused Features:
– Unused features of any course or activity are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Due to Minimum Participants:
– Trips require a minimum number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel trips that do not meet this requirement, in which case affected customers will receive a full refund.

Re-scheduling Policy

1. One-Time Rescheduling:
– Customers are allowed to reschedule their booking once within a 6-month period.
– If the course or activity is not completed or rescheduled within this period, the deposit becomes invalid, and a new deposit will be required.

2. Rescheduling After Starting a Course or Activity:
– If you begin a course or activity in Tioman and decide to discontinue for any reason, the amount due must be paid in full.
– However, customers may reschedule within 6 months to complete the remaining course or activity. Only the boat fees for the remaining days will be required to continue.

Refund Policy for Equipment and Parts

1. Eligibility for Return:
– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with seals intact.
– Personalized or customized products purchased on **jomadventure.com** and goods not purchased through our website are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:
– To request a return, send an email with a clearly stated refund request to info@jomadventure.com.
– Send the item back to:

– Include your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

3. Important Note:
– Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
